Method:
- Soak Rajma and Broad Beans over night, a morning Before cooking
- Cut Potatoes in to halves, Pressure cook Potatoes,Rajma and Broad Beans for 4 Whistles,keep it aside.
- Fry oil in kadai,add chopped onions,fry it then add ginger garlic paste,saute it until oil seperates.
- Then add tomatoes saute it until it turns smashy,then add cooked Rajma,Broad beans,Potatoes and 1cup water.
- Cook it for 5minutes,then add Garam masala,stir and saute it for 2minutes and turn of the gas.
- FINALLY GARNISH WITH CORIANDER
- SERVE HOT IT ROTI,PULKA,RICE,POORI….
