Rajma Curry




INGREDIENTS:


Rajma
¼ th  cup
Broad Beans
¼ th cup
Potato

Onions

Tomato

Ginger Garlic Paste

GaramMasala

Salt
As Desired
RedChili Powder
As Desired

Method:
  • Soak Rajma and Broad Beans over night, a morning Before cooking
  • Cut Potatoes in to halves, Pressure cook Potatoes,Rajma and Broad Beans for 4 Whistles,keep it aside.
  • Fry oil in kadai,add chopped onions,fry it then add ginger garlic paste,saute it until oil seperates.
  • Then add tomatoes saute it until it turns smashy,then add cooked Rajma,Broad beans,Potatoes and 1cup water.
  • Cook it for 5minutes,then add Garam masala,stir and saute it for 2minutes and turn of the gas.
  • FINALLY GARNISH WITH CORIANDER
  • SERVE HOT IT ROTI,PULKA,RICE,POORI….
