Ingredients :

CHICKEN
500grams
ONIONS

TOMATOES

GINGER GARLIC PASTE
2tsp
GARAM MASALA
2tsp
SALT
AS DESIRED
RED CHILI POWDER
3tsp
TURMERIC
pinch
OIL
3tsp
CORIANDER LEAVES
HAND FULL

Method:

  • Wash and clean the chicken,heat oil in a kadai,add chopped onions fry it until it turns golden colour.

  • Add ginger garlic paste,sauté it until raw smell disappears.

  • Add tomatoes and sauté it gets smooth,then add few coriander leaves, few curry leaves,chicken pieces,salt,red chilipowder,stir it  and close the lid for 5minutes.

  • Now add water and cook it until gravy turns thick and add garam masala powder to it and stir it.

  • Finally add remaining coriander leaves and off the flame.
