Method:
- Wash and clean the chicken,heat oil in a kadai,add chopped onions fry it until it turns golden colour.
- Add ginger garlic paste,sauté it until raw smell disappears.
- Add tomatoes and sauté it gets smooth,then add few coriander leaves, few curry leaves,chicken pieces,salt,red chilipowder,stir it and close the lid for 5minutes.
- Now add water and cook it until gravy turns thick and add garam masala powder to it and stir it.
- Finally add remaining coriander leaves and off the flame.
