MAMIDIKAI ROTI PACHADI


INGREDIENTS:

Raw Mango

Jeera
2tsp
Garlic
5-6
Mustard seeds
2tsp
Fenugreek seeds
1 tsp
Red chili powder
2tsp(as desired)
Salt
As desired
TO TEMPER

Mustard seeds
1 tsp
Bengal gram
1 tsp
Black gram
1 tsp
Curry leaves
few
Hing
pinch
Oil
1tsp

I USED GRINDING STONE TO PREPARE THIS PICKLE,U CAN DO THE SAME PROCEDURE BY USING MIXER GRINDER.

METHOD:
  • Mix Red chili powder,Salt,Chopped Mango Pieces And Keep it Aside.
  • Grind Jeera,Fenugreek seeds,Mustard seeds in to a fine powder and keep it aside.
  • Grind Garlic cloves finely,then add Chopped Mango pieces and grind it roughly.
  • Heat oil in a kadai temper  Mustard seeds,Bengal gram,Black gram and curry leaves and fry them add hing ,stir it and off the gas.
  • Add it to the grinded mango pieces. then Add Grinded Fine Powder of Jeera,Fenugreek,Mustard Seeds And Mix well.
SERVE HOT WITH RICE AND GHEE.

NOTES:

  • YOU CAN ADD DESIRED RED CHILI POWDER AND SALT .
  • CAN BE STORED IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 4-5 DAYS IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
