I USED GRINDING STONE TO PREPARE THIS PICKLE,U CAN DO THE SAME PROCEDURE BY USING MIXER GRINDER.
METHOD:
- Mix Red chili powder,Salt,Chopped Mango Pieces And Keep it Aside.
- Grind Jeera,Fenugreek seeds,Mustard seeds in to a fine powder and keep it aside.
- Grind Garlic cloves finely,then add Chopped Mango pieces and grind it roughly.
- Heat oil in a kadai temper Mustard seeds,Bengal gram,Black gram and curry leaves and fry them add hing ,stir it and off the gas.
- Add it to the grinded mango pieces. then Add Grinded Fine Powder of Jeera,Fenugreek,Mustard Seeds And Mix well.
SERVE HOT WITH RICE AND GHEE.
NOTES:
- YOU CAN ADD DESIRED RED CHILI POWDER AND SALT .
- CAN BE STORED IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 4-5 DAYS IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
