Fenugreek seeds
1tsp
Bengal gram
1 tsp
Black gram
1 tsp
Curry leaves

Method:
  • Soak dal for few minutes,Pressure cook Dal,Tomatoes,Greenchili,Chopped Dosakay,Tamarind for 3 Whistles
  • Heat oil in kadai,Add Red chilli,temper ingredients and fry it ,add fenu greek seeds,hing,Curryleaves and fry it for 1minute.
  • Add chopped onions and fry it,then add Mashed Dal and ½ cup water,salt,red chili powder and saute it for 5minutes.
  • Lastly garnish it with coriander and serve hot with Roti,Rice.
