Prawns Fry




INGREDIENTS:

Prawns
250 grams
Onions
4
Green chili’s
3
Tomato
2
Red chili powder
2 Tsp
Salt
As desired
Oil
7-8 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste
3tsp
Corinader powder
2tsp
Turmeric Powder
Pinch
Coriander leaves
To Garnish

Method:
  • Add salt and turmeric powder to prawns,Cook them until all the water evaporates.add 2 tsp oil to it  mix everything and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in kadai add onions fry it until it turns brown colour. add ginger garlic paste fry it till brown,add tomato and saute it.
  • Add prawns,chili powder and fry them until raw smell disappears finally add coriander powder and fry it keep stirring it.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
