Prawns Fry

7-8 tsp

Ginger Garlic paste

Method:
- Add salt and turmeric powder to prawns,Cook them until all the water evaporates.add 2 tsp oil to it mix everything and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in kadai add onions fry it until it turns brown colour. add ginger garlic paste fry it till brown,add tomato and saute it.
- Add prawns,chili powder and fry them until raw smell disappears finally add coriander powder and fry it keep stirring it.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
