CHOCOLATY CAKE..


Cup cakes!!! they are always a delight to anyone, kids and grown ups. How about a soft chocolaty cup cake without cup-liners or bake-wares or even an oven? Sounds weird and interesting at the same time right? Yes today am gonna share with you a  cake recipe,  it is Eggless, Butterless, you don't need fancy cup cake liners nor any baking pans. You just need those cheap and easily available tea cups.


           


INGREDIENTS:

All Purpose Flour/Maida
120 grams
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
40 grams
Milk
100ML
Sugar
120 grams
Condensed milk
4tsp/50ml
Oil
1/2cup
Baking powder
½ tsp
Vanilla essence
1tsp
Paper Tea cups
few


METHOD:
  • Grease with oil on sides of the paper cups and dust with all purpose flour and keep it aside.
  • Take a dry bowl,add All purpose flour,Cocoa powder,Baking powder and mix well.
  • Take another bowl,add Sugar,Milk,Condensed milk,Vanilla essence,oil and beat well using hand blender or a fork,until it becomes frothy.
  • To this add Flour Mixture and fold well using spoon.

  • Now Scoop some of the batter and pour up to half of  the greased and floured cups
  • Place these cups in to the plain cups.
  • Place a separator inside a wide pressure cooker,close the lid and keep it on the flame. pre-heat it on low flame for 5 minutes.DO NOT PLACE  REGULATOR AND WHISTLE.

  • Now open the cooker, place the tea cups on separator and close the lid.
  • Then switch the flame to medium and cook for 30-35 minutes.DO NOT PLACE  REGULATOR AND WHISTLE.
  • After 30 Minutes,open the cooker insert a  tooth pick in to the center of the cake to see if it is cooked,if tooth pick comes out clean then it is cooked and can be removed from flame.
  • Remove the cups from the cooker and let it cool.

  • If the cake hasn't got cooked,then place it again on flame and cook it for 5 minutes and check again.


YUMMY CAKE IS READY!!


NOTES:
  • BAKING TIME DEPENDS ON THE SIZE OF YOUR CUPS ,VOLUME AND TEMPERATURE OF THE COOKER.SO CHECK IN BETWEEN TO FIND IF IT IS DONE.
  • DO NOT PLACE REGULATOR/WHISTLE THROUGH OUT THE PROCESS.
  • CONDENSED MILK CAN BE REPLACED WITH EGGS FOR 1 SPOON OF CONDENSED MILK YOU CAN USE 1 SPOON OF BEATEN EGG.
  • THE BATTER SHOULD NOT BE VERY THICK OR THIN .YOU CAN ADD MILK ACCORDING TO THE CONSISTENCY .
