Paneer butter masala is one of the most famous paneer dish along with palak paneer,kadai paneer. paneer butter masala is served in almost all indian restaurants and is loved by many people.

METHOD:
- HEAT 1 TSP BUTTER WITH OIL IN A KADAI,ADD BAY LEAVES,CINNAMON STICK,RED CHILIES,CORIANDER SEEDS,STIR IT AND SAUTE IT FOR 1MINUTE.
- ADD CHOPPED ONIONS AND FRY IT UNTIL IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN ,ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE,SAUTE IT,ADD CORIANDER POWDER,RED CHILI POWDER,SALT,AND TOMATOES,SAUTE IT FOR 2 MINUTES.
- GRIND THEM MAKE IT AS PUREE MIXTURE.
- HEAT THE REMAINING BUTTER IN A PAN,COOK PUREE MIXTURE FOR 2 MINUTES,ADD PANEER PIECES,ADD HALF CUP OF WATER.
- COOK UNDER LOW FLAME FOR 3-4 MINUTES.
- SPRINKLE KASSORI METHI AND MIX IT,REMOVE FROM FLAME,AND MIX CREAM,GARNISH IT WITH CORIANDER.
- SERVE IT HOT WITH PULKA.
NOTES:
- YOU CAN ALSO SLIGHTLY FRY PANEER WITH BUTTER.
