INGREDIENTS:


BANANA RIPE

MILK
1 GLASS
BOURNAVITA /HORLICKS(OPTIONAL)

METHOD:
  • CHOP THE BANANA IN TO PIECES AND BLEND WITH MILK IN A BLENDER
  • TAKE THE JUICE IN TO A GLASS AND SPRINKLE THE POWDER ON THE TOP.(IN THIS I DONT USE HORLICKS/BOURNAVITA BECAUSE I LIKE IT NATURALLY
NOTES:
  • SUGAR CAN BE ADDED OPTIONAL
  • CHILLED MILK ADD TASTE TO THE MILK SHAKE
  • CHAKARAKELI BANANAS WILL BE GOOD FOR MILK SHAKE
