METHOD:
- CHOP THE BANANA IN TO PIECES AND BLEND WITH MILK IN A BLENDER
- TAKE THE JUICE IN TO A GLASS AND SPRINKLE THE POWDER ON THE TOP.(IN THIS I DONT USE HORLICKS/BOURNAVITA BECAUSE I LIKE IT NATURALLY
- SUGAR CAN BE ADDED OPTIONAL
- CHILLED MILK ADD TASTE TO THE MILK SHAKE
- CHAKARAKELI BANANAS WILL BE GOOD FOR MILK SHAKE
