RAVA KESARI
Yummy rava Kesari is easy to prepare!! In occasions and for Pooja also..
INGREDIENTS:
Rava

1cup
|
Sugar
|
1 1/4 cup
|
Water
|
21/2cup
|
Ghee
|
1/2 cup
|
Food colour
|
Pinch
|
cashews
|
few
|
Method:
- Heat one tsp ghee in a Kadai,add rava and roast it for 5minutes it turns to golden colour and gives a nice aroma and keep it aside.
- Heat one tsp ghee in the same Kadai fry cashews and keep it aside.
- Dilute food colour with water and keep it aside.
- Heat water in the Kadai,add sugar and melt it,then add roasted rava slowly keep stirring while adding rava.
- Add diluted food colour,lastly add fried cashew and ghee.
Notes:
While roasting rava should be very careful by stirring it continuously.
