MUTTON PULUSU
Ingredients:
Mutton

METHOD:
- Roast all the ingredients in a pan except coconut mentioned in “for masala” .let it cool, add coconut grind them in to powder.
- Heat oil in a Pressure pan,add onions,green chilies fry them till brown,add ginger garlic paste and fry then till raw smell disappears.
- Add tomatoes saute it until it turns meshy,add mutton pieces,salt,turmeric powder,red chili powder,coriander powder and fry them till raw smell disappears.
- Add 1 cup water and Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.once pressure is released open the lid add the grinded masala and cook for 5 minutes.
LASTLY GARNISH IT WITH CORIANDER AND SERVE IT HOT….
