MUTTON PULUSU


Ingredients:


Mutton
250 grams
Onion
1
Tomato
1
Green chili

Ginger Garlic paste
2-3 tsp
Salt
As desired
Turmeric Powder
Pinch
Red Chili Powder
2-3Tsp
Coriander powder
1tsp
FOR MASALA

Coriander powder

Cinammon stick
½ inch
Garlic
3-4
Khas khas
½ tsp
Grated coconut(dry)
2tsp
Cloves

METHOD:
  • Roast all the ingredients in a pan except coconut mentioned in “for masala” .let it cool, add coconut grind them in to powder.
  • Heat oil in a Pressure pan,add onions,green chilies fry them till brown,add ginger garlic paste and fry then till raw smell disappears.
  • Add tomatoes saute it until it turns meshy,add mutton pieces,salt,turmeric powder,red chili powder,coriander powder and fry them till raw smell disappears.
  • Add 1 cup water and Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.once pressure is released open the lid add the grinded masala and cook for 5 minutes.


LASTLY GARNISH IT WITH CORIANDER AND SERVE IT HOT….
