CHICKEN PICKLE




INGREDIENTS:

Chicken(Boneless)
½ KG
Ginger garlic paste
2Tsp
Salt
½ cup
Red chili powder
½ cup
Oil
For deep fry
Lemon
3
Cashews
Few
Turmeric
Pinch
FOR MASALA

Coriander seeds
1cup
Cloves
3-4
Cinammon stick
1  inch

METHOD:
  • Wash and clean chopped chicken pieces,add 1tsp salt and pinch of turmeric  to the chicken pieces in a vessel and place it on the stove,close the lid .Cook it until the water evaporates.
  • Heat oil in a kadai fry the chicken pieces fry it until it turns to golden red colour.

  • Heat a vessel,add all the ingredients under “masala” and fry it,after cooling grind it in to a fine powder

  • In the same fried oil, add cashew and fry it,take the cashews in a bowl,add ginger garlic paste saute it until raw smell disappears.
  • Take the pieces in a wide vessel,add salt,red chili powder,masala,ginger garlic paste,cashews,fried oil and mix well
  • Let it cool,after cooling add the lemon juice and mix well.

TASTY!! TASTY!! CHICKEN PICKLE IS READY

NOTES:

SALT AND REDCHILI POWDER IS ADDED ACCORDING TO THE DESIRED CONSTITENCY.
