CHICKEN PICKLE
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken(Boneless)

METHOD:
- Wash and clean chopped chicken pieces,add 1tsp salt and pinch of turmeric to the chicken pieces in a vessel and place it on the stove,close the lid .Cook it until the water evaporates.
- Heat oil in a kadai fry the chicken pieces fry it until it turns to golden red colour.
- Heat a vessel,add all the ingredients under “masala” and fry it,after cooling grind it in to a fine powder
- In the same fried oil, add cashew and fry it,take the cashews in a bowl,add ginger garlic paste saute it until raw smell disappears.
- Take the pieces in a wide vessel,add salt,red chili powder,masala,ginger garlic paste,cashews,fried oil and mix well
- Let it cool,after cooling add the lemon juice and mix well.
TASTY!! TASTY!! CHICKEN PICKLE IS READY
NOTES:
SALT AND REDCHILI POWDER IS ADDED ACCORDING TO THE DESIRED CONSTITENCY.
