RAW BANANA BAJJI
HOT!! HOT!! BAJJI WITH CHAI IS CRAZY IN WINTER/RAINY EVENINGS.TRY IT AND NJOY THE EVENINGS.
INGREDIENTS:
Raw Banana

Besan Powder

1 CUP
|
Rice flour
|
½ cup
|
Corn flour
|
2tsp
|
Cooking soda
|
pinch
|
Hing
|
½ tsp
|
Jeera
|
2 tsp
|
Red chili powder
|
2 tsp
|
Salt&Water
|
As desired
|
Hot oil(optional)
|
1tsp
|
Oil
|
For deep fry
|
Method:
- Mix Besan Powder,Rice powder,Corn flour,Cooking soda,Red chili powder,salt,Hing,Jeera,Hot oil,Add Little by Little water and mix well,make a thick batter,it should not too thick.
- Peel of the skin of banana using a peeler or knife,slice them in to thin or thick pieces uding peeler or knife,keep the slices in salt water until use.
- Heat oil in a kadai,take the slices from water and drain the water,dip the slices in batter and drop it in hot oil.
- Fry them both sides until golden brown in medium flame,and drain them in paper tissues.
Notes:
- Thickness of banana is u’r choice,but it should not be too thick,because it will not get cooked inside.
- Batter should not be too thick becuase it takes time to cook and bajji inside will not get cooked.
