Method:
- Split Cauliflower in to required sizes,clean and wash it ,immerse it in warm water for some time.
- Cook the flower with salt and turmeric with required water till ¾ th done and keep it aside.
- Grind all the ingredients under”for paste”to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a kadai,add ingredients under “to temper”fry it and add chopped onions fry it until it turns golden brown in colour,then add tomatoes,salt and saute it.
- After tomatoes turns soft,add the grinded paste and fry it in low flame until oil seperates .
- Add cooked caulifower and fry it for 2minutes.
- Add required water and cook for 2-3 minutes in low flames until gravy turns thick.
- Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve hot with “ROTI”,”POORI”.
