INGREDIENTS:

Black Gram

Method:
  • Split Cauliflower in to required sizes,clean and wash it ,immerse it in warm water for some time.

  • Cook the flower with salt and turmeric with required water till ¾ th done and keep it aside.
  • Grind all the ingredients under”for paste”to a smooth paste.

  • Heat oil in a kadai,add ingredients under “to temper”fry it and add chopped onions fry it until it turns golden brown in colour,then add tomatoes,salt and saute it.
  • After tomatoes turns soft,add the grinded paste and fry it  in low flame until oil seperates .
  • Add cooked caulifower and fry it for 2minutes.
  • Add required water and cook for 2-3 minutes in low flames until gravy turns thick.
  • Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve hot with “ROTI”,”POORI”.
