GREEN CHILI

GINGER GARLIC PASTE

RED CHLI POWDER
1TSP
SALT
AS DESIRED
TURMERIC POWDER
PINCH
CURRY LEAVES
FEW


METHOD:
  • WASH AND CLEAN THE CHICKEN,ADD 1TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,SALT,TURMERIC POWDER,RED CHILI POWDER  TO THE CHICKEN,MIX IT WELL AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
  • HEAT OIL IN A KADAI,ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILI,STIR IT,ADD CHOPPED ONIONS AND FRY IT UNTIL IT TURNS TO DARK BROWN.
  • ADD REMAINING GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE IT.
  • ADD CHICKEN PIECES AND WATER,MIX IT WELL,,ADD RED CHILI POWDER,SALT IF IT IS LESS.
  • FRY IT UNTIL THE WATER GETS ABSORBED AND CHICKEN GETS COOKED THEN ADD CORIANDER POWDER AND MIX WELL.
  • ADD CURRY LEAVES MIX WELL AND OFF THE FLAME.
  • GARNISH IT WITH CORIANDER AND SERVE IT WITH YOUR DISH
