METHOD:
- WASH AND CLEAN THE CHICKEN,ADD 1TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,SALT,TURMERIC POWDER,RED CHILI POWDER TO THE CHICKEN,MIX IT WELL AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
- HEAT OIL IN A KADAI,ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILI,STIR IT,ADD CHOPPED ONIONS AND FRY IT UNTIL IT TURNS TO DARK BROWN.
- ADD REMAINING GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE IT.
- ADD CHICKEN PIECES AND WATER,MIX IT WELL,,ADD RED CHILI POWDER,SALT IF IT IS LESS.
- FRY IT UNTIL THE WATER GETS ABSORBED AND CHICKEN GETS COOKED THEN ADD CORIANDER POWDER AND MIX WELL.
- ADD CURRY LEAVES MIX WELL AND OFF THE FLAME.
- GARNISH IT WITH CORIANDER AND SERVE IT WITH YOUR DISH
