ATTA KESARI IS ONE OF THE EASIEST SWEET WHICH CAN BE PREPARED IN VERY LESS TIME AND WITH KITCHEN  INGREDIENTS..:-)


INGREDIENTS:

WHEAT FLOUR
1CUP
SUGAR
1CUP
WATER
1CUP
GHEE
1/4 CUP
CARDAMON POWDER
PINCH
CASHEWS
7(OPTIONAL FOR GARNISH)
BADAM
4(OPTIONAL)
SALT
PINCH


METHOD:
  • HEAT A NON STICK PAN ,ADD GHEE FRY NUTS(IF ADDING),THEN ADD FLOUR.
  • STIR IT ON LOW FLAME,FRY IT UNTIL THE COLOUR CHANGES TO SLIGHT RED AND NICE AROMA ARISES.
  • ADD WATER MIXED WITH SALT,KEEP STIRING WHILE ADDING WATER.
  • IT WILL BECOME THICK,THEN ADD SUGAR AND MIX WELL.THEN ADD CARDAMON POWDER AND MIX IT.
  • KEEP STIRING UNTIL THE GHEE OOZES OUT AND TURNS SHINY.

NOTES:
  • SALT IS OPTIONAL,BUT IT ENHANCE SWEETNESS.
  • YOU CAN CRUSHED BADAM PIECES WHILE ADDING CARDAMOM POWDER I DONT ADD USED FOR GARNISH,I DONT USE CASHEWS ALSO.
  • YOU CAN ADD MORE GHEE ALSO.
