METHOD:
- HEAT A NON STICK PAN ,ADD GHEE FRY NUTS(IF ADDING),THEN ADD FLOUR.
- STIR IT ON LOW FLAME,FRY IT UNTIL THE COLOUR CHANGES TO SLIGHT RED AND NICE AROMA ARISES.
- ADD WATER MIXED WITH SALT,KEEP STIRING WHILE ADDING WATER.
- IT WILL BECOME THICK,THEN ADD SUGAR AND MIX WELL.THEN ADD CARDAMON POWDER AND MIX IT.
- KEEP STIRING UNTIL THE GHEE OOZES OUT AND TURNS SHINY.
NOTES:
- SALT IS OPTIONAL,BUT IT ENHANCE SWEETNESS.
- YOU CAN CRUSHED BADAM PIECES WHILE ADDING CARDAMOM POWDER I DONT ADD USED FOR GARNISH,I DONT USE CASHEWS ALSO.
- YOU CAN ADD MORE GHEE ALSO.
