METHOD:
  • GRIND ALL THE  MASALA  INGREDIENTS IN TO A PASTE.
  • CUT EACH BRINJAL IN TO FOUR EQUAL PARTS FROM BASE TOWARDS THE STEM BUT NOT ALL THE WAY THROUGH.
  • STUFF THE MASALA PASTE AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
  • HEAT OIL IN A WIDER PAN ADD ALL THE SEASONING INGREDIENTS,STRI IT,THEN ADD THE REMAINING MASALA PASTE.
  • CLOSE THE LID AND COOK IT IN A LOW FLAME.
  • IN FEW MINUTES OIL SEPERATES FROM THE MASALA,ADD STUFFED BRINJALS,ADD WATER.
  • COOK TILL THE BRINJALS BECOMES SOFT AND GRAVY BECOMES THICK IN LOW FLAME, ADD MORE SALT,TAMARIND PASTE IF NEEDED.
