METHOD:
  • TAKE THE GULAB JAMUN MIX POWDER IN TO A BOWL,SLOWLY ADD WATER,AND MAKE A SMOOTH DOUGH,WITH OUT ANY CRACKS.NO NEED TO KNEAD IT HARD.
  • KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 5 MINUTES,MAKE EQUAL SIZED BALLS,THEY SHOULD BE SMOOTH OUTSIDE,DO NOT APPLY PRESSURE FOR ROLLING BALLS.JUST ROLL IT SOFTLY UNTIL SMOOTH
  • IN THE MEANWHILE PREPARE THE SUGAR SYRUP WITH WATER,SUGAR,CARDAMOM POWDER,ALLOW IT BOIL FOR 10 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  • HEAT GHEE IN A KADAI IN LOW FLAME,ADD BALLS AND FRY IT AND KEEP ROLLING THE BALLS GENTLY USING LADDLE,SO THAT IT COOKS EVENLY
  • FRY IT UNTIL TURNS TO DEEP GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR,DRAIN IT IN ATISSUE AND IMMEDIATELY ADD IT IN TO HOT SYRUP.
  • LET IT SOAK WELL.
  • SPRINKLE BADAM POWDER ON TH BALLS

NOTES:
  • DO NOT MORE BALLS IN THE GHEE WHILE FRYING.
  • OIL CAN ALSO BE USED INSTEAD OF GHEE.
  • YOU CAN ALSO ADD MILK INSTEAD OF WATER WHILE PREPARING DOUGH
  • NO NEED TO KNEAD THE DOUGH HARD,JUST GATHER YOUR HANDS SO THAT IT FORMS A SMOOTH DOUGH.
