METHOD:

  • SOAK TAMARIND IN WATER AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
  • HEAT 1TSP IN A KADAI ADD RED CHILLIES AND FRY IT FOR 3-4MINUTES AND KEEP IT ASIDE
  • IN THE SAME KADAI HEAT REMAINING OIL,ADD CORIANDER SEEDS AND FRY IT UNTIL IT FLAVOURS AND ADD HING.
  • ADD CURRY LEAVESFRY UNTIL RAW SMELL DISAPPEARS AND AT THE END ADD JEERA AND STIR IT FOR 1-2MINUTES AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
  • IN A GRINDING STONE FIRST GRIND ROASTED GROUND NUTE,THEN ADD RED CHILLIES,CORIANDER SEEDS,CURRY LEAVES,JEERA,TAMARIND PULP,SALT
  • GRIND IN TO A FINE PASTE AND AT THE END ADD ONION AND GARLIC CLOVES AND GRIND IT ROUGHLY.


SERVE IT IN TO A SERVING BOWL
