INGEDIENTS:
RAAGI FLOUR

RICE
|
1 CUP
|
WATER
|
6-7 CUPS
|
SALT
|
OPTIONAL ( PINCH)

METHOD:
- SOAK RICE IN WATER FOR ONE HOUR.
- COOK RICE WITH WATER IN A VESSEL,ALLOW IT TO BOIL UNTIL THE RICE GETS WELL COOKED
- REDUCE THE FLAME TO LOW, ADD RAAGI FLOUR ON THE TOP OF THE RICE,DO NOT MIX,COOK FOR 5MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
- AFTER THAT REMOVE FROM FLAME,AND IMMEDIATELY MIX WELL WITH A WOODEN MASHER,OR A WOODEN LADLE UNTIL IS COMBINED AND MIXED WELL.
- THEN ON THE FLAME COOK FOR 5MINUTES.
- ONCE IT IS WARM MAKE LARGE BALLS.
SERVE IT WITH CHEPALA PULUSU/NATU KODI PULUSU
NOTES:
- MIX RAAGI FLOUR CAREFULLY,SO THAT NO LUMPS ARE FORMED,STIR IT CONTINOUSLY.
