- HEAT KADAI ADD CORIANDER/DHANIYALU AND ROAST IT IN LOW FLAME TILL THEY ARE CRISP,FRAGNANT, AND LITTLE BROWN COLOUR,AND OFF THE GAS.
- AFTER COOLING GRIND IT IN TO A FINE POWDER
- YOU CAN STORE IT IN AAIR TIGHT CONTAINER FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS
