INGREDIENTS:

CORIANDER/DHANIYALU
2 TSP

METHOD:
  • HEAT KADAI ADD CORIANDER/DHANIYALU AND ROAST IT IN LOW FLAME TILL THEY ARE CRISP,FRAGNANT, AND LITTLE BROWN COLOUR,AND OFF THE GAS.
  • AFTER COOLING GRIND IT IN TO A FINE POWDER
  • YOU CAN STORE IT IN AAIR TIGHT CONTAINER FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS
