INGREDIENTS:

FOR MASALA

CORIANDER SEEDS

CLOVES

CINAMON STICK

COCONUT(DRY)

METHOD:


  • SOAK KASA KASA IN WATER
  • CLEAN AND WASH THE CHICKEN,MIX CHICKEN,TURMERIC POWDER,SALT,1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,CHILI POWDER AND MARINATE IT FOR 15 MINUTES.
  • HEAT OIL IN A PAN,ADD GREEN CHILIES,ONIONS AND FRY IT TILL IT TURNS BROWN,ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES AND SAUTE IT FOR 2-3 MINUTES.UNTIL T BECOMES SOFT.
  • THEN ADD MARINATED CHICKEN STIR IT AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.NOW ADD SUFFICIENT WATER,COVER IT WITH A LID AND COOK UNTIL CHICKEN BECOMES SOFT.
  • NOW FOR MASALA ROAST CORIANDER,CLOVES,CINNAMON IN A PAN FOR 5INUTES.LET IT COOL THEN GRIND THEM ALL LASTLY ADD GARLIC,COCONUT AND GRIND THEM IN TO FINE POWDER.
  • ALSO GRIND  SOAKED KASA KASA SEPERATELY.
  • ONCE THE CHICKEN IS COOKED ADD KASA KASA PASTE AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES.
  • FINALLY ADD MASALA POWDER AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES AND OFF THE GAS.

SERVE IT IN A BOWL AND GARNISH IT WITH CORIANDER
