A PINCH
CORIANDER LEAVES

CURRY LEAVES

PEPPER

MUSTARD SEEDS
1TSP
JEERA
1TSP
ONIONS
AS DESIRED
OIL/GHEE
AS DESIRED













METHOD:

  •  MIX ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, MAIDA,CORIANDER LEAVES,CURRY LEAVES,PEPPER,MUSTARD SEEDS, JEERA,SALT,IN SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF WATER.
  • THE BATTER SHOULD BE VERY THIN.
  • HEAT A NON STICK DOSA PAN WITH OIL/GHEE,POUR THE BATTER ON OUTER CIRCLE,AND THEN FILL THE CIRCLE,THEN SPRINKLE ONIONS TO IT,ADD SOME OIL/GHEE.
  • COOK THE DOSA IN MEDIUM FLAME UNTIL IT TURNS TO BROWN COLOUR.

NOTES:
  • ONIONS ARE OPTIONAL,BUT IT ADDS FLAVOUR AND IS VERY TASTY.
  • COOK THE DOSA IN MEDIUM FLAME ONLY,IT TAKES SOME TIME IN MEDIUM FLAME.
  • WE CAN ALSO SOAK THE SAME INGREDIENTS CAN SOAKED IN WATER  FOR 6-7HOURS WITH OUT ONIONS,PEPPER AND MUSTARD SEEDS,THESE ARE TO BE ADDED BEFORE PREPARING DOSA.
