ONION PAKODA  A VERY GOOD SNACK ITEM FOR EVERY ONE,ESPECIALLY IN RAINY SEASON AND FOR CHILDREN SNACKS




INGREDIENTS:
BESAN FLOUR/SENAGA PINDI   
250GRAMS
ONIONS CHOPPED

BAKING SODA/EATING SODA
PINCH
SALT
AS DESIRED
GREEN CHILIES

CHILLI POWDER
AS DESIRED
OIL
FOR DEEP FRY










METHOD:

ü  MIX ALL INGREDIENTS  EXCEPT  OIL WITH SUFFICIENT WATER



ü  HEAT OIL IN A KADAI,DROP SMALL PORTIONS OF ABOVE MIX IN TO THE OIL AND FRY THEM TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND TRANSFER THEM IN TO A TISSUE PAPER

NOTES:

ADD WATER CAREFULLY WHILE MIXING, DO NOT MAKE IT TOO WATERY

ADDING MORE BAKING SODA WILL MAKE THE PAKODA TOO OILY
