I am Great Lover Of Pavbhaji, in college days after my college time me and my friends will go to the Bakery and i always use to eat pav only. and at last prepared my me.



INGREDIENTS:

PAVBUN
4PACKETS
POTATOES
4
CARROT
4
GREENPEAS(GREEN BATTANI)
1CUP
ONIONS
2
GINGERGARLIC PASTE
2TSP
TOMATOES
4
SALT
TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER
3TSP
GARAM MASALA/PAV MASALA
1TSP


 FOR GARNISH:

ONIIONS (CHOPPED)
AS DESIRED
LEMON
AS DESIRED
CORIANDER
AS DESIRED


METHOD:
   Ø   Peel the skin for potatoes, carrot and chopped them roughly, now add
                green peas and 2cups water and pressure cook them for 2-3 whistles
                then reduce the flame cook for 5min

   Ø  After cooling remove the excess water mash them slightly with a masher
   Heat Oil in a kadai now add onions fry them till brown then add ginger
           garlic  paste stir it until the raw smell disappears and add tomatoes and
           cook  till soft

   Ø   Add red chili powder, salt,and stir it  then add the mashed
                 vegetables, garammasala/ Pav masala and stir it till the bhaji boils and
                 off the gas

   Ø    Cut the pav in to half and apply butter on both sides and place it on the hot
                tawa until brown on both sides


PLACE PAVBHAJI GARNISH WITH ONIONS, CORIANDER AND LEMON
IN A  SERVING PLACE AND SERVE IT HOT

NOTES:
  1.  More veggies like cauliflower, beans can be added
