METHOD:
Ø
FRY GROUND NUTS WITH OUT OIL AND KEEP IT ASIDE
Ø
HEAT OIL IN A KADAI, ADD RED CHILIES AND FRY IT
AND ADD
CORIANDER SEEDS, CURRY LEAVES
Ø
FIRSTLY GRIND RED CHILIES AND THEN ADD CORIANDER SEEDS,
CUMINSEEDS,CURRY LEAVES, SALT LASTLYADD CHINTACHIGURU AND
GRIND IT SLIGHTLY (ADD DESIRED WATER TO THE MIXTURE).
CUMINSEEDS,CURRY LEAVES, SALT LASTLYADD CHINTACHIGURU AND
GRIND IT SLIGHTLY (ADD DESIRED WATER TO THE MIXTURE).
Ø
TAKE THE MIXTURE IN TO THE AND GARNISH IT WITH
CORIANDER.
