CHINTA CHIGURU PICKLE

Chintachiguru is a traditional and seasonal Item. It can be used in Dal,pickle,and it is excellent when prepared with Thotakura



INGREDIENTS:

CHINTA CHIGURU
2 CUPS
CURRY LEAVES
20
CUMIN SEEDS
2 TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS
1 TSP
CURRY LEAVES
10
RED CHILI
10
SALT
AS DESIRED
OIL
1 TSP
FOR GARNISH

CORIANDER
5 LEAVES













METHOD:

Ø  FRY GROUND NUTS WITH OUT OIL AND KEEP IT  ASIDE





  Ø  HEAT OIL IN A KADAI, ADD RED CHILIES AND FRY IT AND ADD
            CORIANDER SEEDS, CURRY LEAVES

 Ø  LASTLY ADD CUMIN SEEDS FRY IT AND KEEP IT ASIDE



 Ø  TAKE A BOWL ADD 1 CUP WATER TO THE CHINTACHIGURU AND BOIL
           FOR 5 MINUTES AND OFF THE GAS


 Ø  FIRSTLY GRIND RED CHILIES AND THEN ADD CORIANDER SEEDS,  
          CUMINSEEDS,CURRY LEAVES, SALT LASTLYADD  CHINTACHIGURU AND 
          GRIND IT SLIGHTLY (ADD DESIRED WATER TO THE    MIXTURE).

 Ø  TAKE THE MIXTURE IN TO THE AND GARNISH IT WITH CORIANDER.

 NOTES:

 Ø     I USED GRINDING STONE FOR GRINDING
