INGREDIENTS:


FISH
2 PIECES
SALT
AS DESIRED
RED CHILI POWDER
2TSP
LEMON JUICE
1TSP
TURMERIC
PINCH
CORIANDER POWDER
1TSP
BESAN FLOUR
2TSP
CORN FLOUR
1TSP
OIL
1/2TSP


METHOD:
  • MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS  WITH ½ TSP OIL,AND MARINATE IT FOR 20 MINUTES.
  • HEAT ½ TSP OIL IN A NON STICK PAN ADD FISH PIECES AND SPRINKLE OIL ON THE FISH AND CLOSE THE LID,FRY IT UNTIL IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN
  • COOK THE FISH ON LOW FLAME ONLY
